EastEnders Nish's fate 'rumbled' amid double death theory as his killer 'sealed'

EastEnders may have teased Nish Panesar's looming death after he managed to make an enemy out of several characters in the latest episode of the BBC soap.

The villain, who still think he's secretly caused the death of Eve Unwin unaware she's still alive, was confronted by one member of The Six on Tuesday night. For anyone who has somehow missed the storyline, The Six are the six female characters caught up in a huge murder plot on Christmas Day, with one of them tipped to be the killer.

Unluckily for Nish he will be one of the men possibly at risk in the storyline, as his evil ways could finally catch up with him. It seems his downfall could be imminent, as Tuesday's episode saw a number of characters confront him over his latest antics.

Kathy Beale found out her husband Rocky Cotton, another teased victim, had caused the fire at her café recently - ruining her business and also almost killing her two grandsons. After Nish, who was blackmailing Rocky over a loan he gave him, found out about Rocky's actions he pressured him into doing a deal with him.

In exchange for his silence, he wanted Rocky to convince Kathy to sell the café to him. With Kathy offered a lesser amount than what it was worth she was devastated, but nowhere near as hurt as when she later found out the truth.

With Rocky finally confessing what he did and how Nish and blackmailed him, Kathy wasted no time in confronting the villain. Accusing him of preying on the vulnerable, Kathy had it out with Nish and told everyone in the pub what he had done.

Accusing him of being the one that led to Rocky causing the fire in the first place, she left fellow The Six-er Sharon Watts stunned by the news, with others including Ian Beale and Elaine Peacock slamming Nish over his behaviour. Nish then turned on Bernadette Taylor over Karen Taylor's kidnap plot with Sharon's son Albie.

Insulting Bernie and accusing her of being involved, she was left in tears as her brother Keanu Taylor attacked Nish for his comments, before threatening him. As Sharon and Keanu left with Bernie, and Ian took mum Kathy home after she too went for Nish, Elaine threatened the customer suggesting he should leave.

Nish had made a comment about the morales of the pub and not being welcome by Elaine and those in there. Of course with a murder about to take place in that very part of the building, and it possibly being his murder, could the scene have been hinting at the events of Christmas Day?

A viewers had also pointed out that during a scene with Kathy struggling with recent events, the song Stay Another Day by East 17 was playing in the background. This is significant given it's the song that was playing in the flashforward of the murder back in February - so is this a major hint Kathy kills Nish?

Others also thought Kathy killing Nish would explain the look Kathy gives to Nish's wife Suki Panesar after the murder has happened, as shown in the preview. While details of the death remain under wraps, fans of the soap have known for months that a mystery male character will die in the big episode this month.

The crime takes place at The Queen Vic, and clues in episodes over the past year, and in the special flashforward scene that aired in February, have hinted at what goes down. Kathy, Suki, Denise Fox, Linda Carter, Stacey Slater and Sharon are the suspects at the scene of the crime, with one of them set to be the killer.

We have no idea who dies, but now the BBC soap has confirmed which seven names are at risk of being killed off. These characters are Phil Mitchell, Keanu Taylor, Ravi Gulati, Dean, Nish, Rocky Cotton and Jack Branning.
