Kim Kardashian hiding her face in public after fans spot 'collapsed' nostril
Kim Kardashian shocked fans with her appearance at a Los Angeles Lakers game, with many questioning if she had "botched" plastic surgery.
The 43-year-old sat courtside with her son Saint West this week as they watched the Season Tournament quarterfinal between the Los Angeles Lakers and Phoenix Suns at the Crypto.com Arena in LA. Kim put on a stylish display, but fans were drawn to one part of her face in particular.
Photos of Kim at the game were shared on social media, with many fans convinced she had "botched" surgery which has forced her nostril to "collapse". Some accused the Kardashians star of trying to "hide" any surgery she might have had by wearing huge sunglasses.

"Notice how she's always covering up her face whenever up and about/public outings," one fan said as the snaps were shared on Reddit. "Ooof. That nose is too small for her face (particularly those overfilled cheeks)," another critic said. A third person added: "I agree. It looks like her nose filler has worn off, after seeing these pics she'll get it touched up again."

Indeed, it's not the first time Kim has been seen wearing sunglasses recently. The reality TV star headed to New York City earlier this month and was spotted on the set of American Horror Story wearing a snakeskin coat and big black sunglasses covering her face.
She wore another pair of sunglasses during a second trip to the Big Apple a few days earlier. Kim has also been sharing fewer pictures of herself on social media, or uploading older selfies.

Back in August, she was seen heading to a plastic surgeon's office and later announced on Instagram that she had broken her shoulder and tore her tendon.
Taking to her social media page, she told fans: "I broke my shoulder and tore the tendon, so I've been out of the gym a few weeks." She later shared a picture of her kids having fun on a lake and wrote: "Wish I could have wake surfed but my shoulder is still out of commission."
Fans became convinced Kim used her injury as an "excuse" not to post new selfies, as she shared older pictures to her page. Sharing a screenshot of Kim's Instagram Story on Reddit, one person wrote: "No one gives a s**t about your injured shoulder. We all know you secretly got a new surgery & this is your way of hiding it."

"I don't think she has an injured shoulder. I think she has had some more work done on her face. She is using her "injured" shoulder as an excuse not to do selfies or show her face until the puffiness subsides or whatever work she had done to her face," one critic said.
Kim has consistently denied claims she has had plastic surgery and also insisted she's never had filler in her face. "I've never filled my cheeks. I've never filled my lips," she revealed to Allure.
Kim has always been surrounded by questions about her nose, with some people convinced she had surgery on it. However, she says it's all down to clever contouring. "People always say I've had a nose job and they'll use before and after pictures, but the after picture is really taken before," Kim told Harper's Bazaar.
