An eagle-eyed ITV viewer explained a very little-known rule caused some of the controversy during this year's explosive series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

Fred Sirieix and Josie Gibson clashed over the cooking in camp this year before the star's eviction on Tuesday night's episode. Some fans were confused why Fred didn't just take the reins as camp cook from the This Morning presenter after his furious rants.

But it turns out there's a rule designed to keep the arguments going when it comes to the camp kitchen and it could fuel further rows as the series goes on with Sam Thompson, Josie, Nigel Farage, Marvin Humes, Danielle Harold, Nick Pickard and Tony Bellew.

Taking to X, formally Twitter, a superfan explained: "Just to confirm. If they've done a job once, they can't do it again. To the idiots at the back. Fred cooked once, he couldn't do it again #ImACeleb." Meaning that despite Fred's frustrations with Josie, there was absolutely nothing he could do about the situation.

It comes after an I'm A Celebrity fan-favourite became amongst those most at risk of eviction tonight. The sixth celebrity to leave camp will be announced tonight, becoming the fourth to be voted out by the public, but the sixth overall following early exits from Britney Spears' sister Jamie Lynn and food critic Grace Dent on "medical grounds".

Sadly, for EastEnders fans, actress Danielle Harold is the odds-on favourite with William Hill to be the sixth campmate booted off this year's I'm A Celebrity. She found herself in the bottom two alongside Fred Sirieix for the first time in Tuesday's episode and is now the 10/11 favourite to depart the show tonight.

Nick Pickard is the second favourite to be voted off at 13/8, with Marvin Humes also in danger at 7/2. Lee Phelps, a spokesperson for William Hill, explained: "We're beginning to approach the business end of proceedings in the I'm A Celebrity camp, with Danielle Harold our favourite to be the next celebrity to depart the show.

"The Eastenders actress is 10/11 with us to leave camp tonight after finding herself in the bottom two for the first time in Tuesday’s episode. Should Danielle survive, then Nick Pickard (13/8) will be anxiously looking over his shoulder, with Marvin Humes (7/2) also not out of the question."

Fred was the latest star to leave camp after a public vote. The French First Dates star had a cute message for his fiancée Fruitcake as they reunited on the bridge after his jungle exit. He said: "I love you" as they embraced and his wife-to-be is proud of her man after his time on the show. Fred's fiancée, known by her nickname, beamed as she saw him for the first time in weeks.
