Amanda Holden looks incredible in festive glamour on girls trip with famous pals

Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has fully got into the festive spirit as she donned a sequinned outfit to enjoy a night out with some girlfriends.

The actress and TV personality chose an off the shoulder black sequin dress with tights and heels as she enjoyed a girls trip with some famous pals. The 52-year-old was joined by long term friends and former co-stars Angela Griffin, Lisa Faulkner, Nicola Stephenson, Sarah Parish and Lucy Gaskell as the group enjoyed some festive fun before Christmas.

Sharing a photograph of herself with her pals on Instagram, Amanda captioned the post: "What a beautiful weekend with these girls. Merry Christmas annual Xmas weekend. 25 years of love support and the best laughs."

Fans were quick to comment on the girl group, with many praising the gang. One fan commented: "All of u deserve 10 stars." Another wrote: "Beautiful ladies & photos! What a friendship you have so special," A third added: "25 years? You all obviously met each other when you were all about 10! Merry Christmas one and all, you all look lovely."

Also in the comments, one fan pointed out that it was the cast of noughties BBC show Cutting It. Angela, Sarah, Lucy and Amanda all worked together on the Manchester based drama focusing on rival. hairdressers, which ran for four series between 2002 and 2005. The sharp eyed fan commented: "Cutting (It) Crew." With another adding: "It’s the cutting crew!!" A third shared: "My cutting it girls forever".

The girls night out comes as Amanda recently opened up about fellow BGT star David Walliam's shock exit from the ITV talent show. The star described the incident as "sad" and "worrying" when he left ITV's Britain's Got Talent back in 2022 and said that she is supportive of her ex-colleague.

Walliams quit the show last year saying it was "time to move on and focus on his other projects". His exit came after he was forced to apologise after audio of him making distasteful comments towards BGT contestants was leaked.

Amanda said: "Well, Alesha and I love David. It was sad when he went. I’m in touch with him. Always. We’re always supportive of David. It’s always worrying when things change." Speaking about her female friendships, Amanda also added that she and co-panelist, Alesha Dixon are supportive of each other in the business. The star explained how she and "incredible" Alesha had a coffee when the former Strictly star joined BGT in 2012 and have shared a close bond ever since.
