Fortnite The Big Bang live event: what to expect

In terms of official news, all Epic Games have really said regarding The Big Bang is that it "marks a new beginning for Fortnite" which is all very mysterious. However, as always, Fortnite's merry band of leakers are on the case. @HYPEX – who broke the news about Eminem – also said during those tweets that The Big Bang will feature the rumoured Lego collab, racing game mode, and a brand new rhythm game mode.

What's interesting is that HYPEX previously leaked the upcoming rhythm game mode, which they claim will allow you to play vocals, guitar, drums, and bass and that it'll feature artists like Lady Gaga, Linkin Park, and Toto.

What's most interesting is that the Quartet of Vocals, Guitar, Drums and Bass evokes the Rock Band series – whose creator, Harmonix Music Systems was bought by Epic Games back in November 2021. So perhaps this new Fortnite mode will be a spiritual successor to the Rock Band series.

Of course, there's also the Eminem concert in Fortnite to look forward to as well which we expect to kick off when The Big Bang event begins.
