Kate Middleton's incredibly hardcore hobby that keeps her looking trim
It’s no secret that the Princess of Wales loves sport, and she never turns down a chance to get stuck in with a sporting challenge on her royal engagements - especially if it means going head to head with her also pretty competitive husband, Prince William.
The pair have even passed on their love for sports to their children, George, Charlotte and Louis, with Kate even revealing during an engagement to make Rugby Inclusivity Day that Charlotte takes after her on the competitive scale too.
There is one really challenging exercise that Kate is said to enjoy and given that it can be a high-intensity workout, it's likely that it's at least partially responsible for her trim figure.
It's been widely reported that Kate is a big fan of CrossFit, which is a high-intensity interval training program that blends strength and conditioning. Generally, it includes a range of intense bodyweight exercises alongside strength training with free weights - like barbells or kettlebells.
The intense workout generally begins with the coach outlining all the exercises the class will embark upon that day, before a warm-up and a skill practice, in which the coach will teach the participants the necessary techniques to do the exercises including in that day's training. Following this it's the work-out itself, and a cool down - per CrossFit's official website.

This is by no means the only sport that Kate undertakes regularly, she is also reported to be a fan of yoga, cycling and tries to take a daily run - as well as trampolining with her children. Whilst she was studying at the University of St. Andrew's she also took part in the hockey and tennis societies.

Kate took over as patron of the Rugby Football Union and Rugby Football League in early 2022 - previously these positions were held by Prince Harry before he stepped back from life as a working royal in 2020.
Kate is also patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, which means she is a regular fixture in the royal box of the annual Wimbledon Tennis Championships, and she took over this position from the late Queen Elizabeth back in 2016.
