Strictly's Ellie and Vito's 'couple announcement' as fans say 'perfect match'
Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola have sent Strictly Come Dancing fans wild with what could possibly be an announcement confirming their romance.
The two stars took to Instagram today, amid strong rumours they're a couple off the dancefloor as well as on it, and shared a joint post with their respective followers. Captioning a series of cosy and loved-up looking snaps with their fans, Vito wrote in the announcement: "'Live the present and be grateful for what you have in life. Be happy for waking up every morning and appreciate the small things. This makes the real Happiness.' These are the words that Lulú and I keep repeating to each other #positivevibes #happiness."
Former Coronation Street star Ellie, who also shared the post to her main Instagram grid, added to her dance partner's emotional declaration, commenting: "always live in the present and appreciate the little things. [love heart emoji]. so lucky and grateful for this experience with you xxx."

Ellie's former Corrie co-star Brooke Vincent added: "MY GOD THESE PICTURES [love heart eyes emoji]."
"Tell me your [sic] a couple without telling me your [sic] a couple," one fan of the Strictly duo quipped in the comment section, taking Ellie and Vito's post as confirmation they've found love. Another Instagram user gushed: "I love you guys! You two are a match made in heaven - the laughs and chemistry just show every week looks effortless and not forced and that really matters. routing [sic] for you both."

Ellie, 22, credited Vito, 32, with helping improve her confidence and gushed over the professional dancer's "patient" manner in an interview earlier this week. Ellie - who is a fan favourite to win the BBC series - also shared how dancing on the BBC series each week has left her feeling amazing and banished body confidence woes.

The two stars were put on the spot on live TV earlier this week and quizzed about their relationship status (ellielouiseleach/Instagram)Ellie and Vito - who were recently snapped on a cosy date together - have sparked rumours of a blossoming romance since first taking to the dancefloor together in September. Former contestant Amanda Abbington further fuelled the speculation when she referred Ellie and Vito as a "beautiful couple" on Instagram.
Both Ellie and Vito are officially single, with the former soap star splitting from her boyfriend of five years just weeks before singing up for a stint on Strictly. Vito returned to the dating scene last year after parting ways with ex-girlfriend Arisa, who he won the Italian version of Strictly with back in 2021.
Appearing on ITV show Lorraine earlier this week, both Ellie and Vito were put on the spot as host Lorraine Kelly quizzed them on the romance rumours. Speaking to the possible couple via video link, the Scottish TV presenter asked: ""Look, both of you are single, everybody wants a romance, you're getting on incredibly well... now, look, whatever happens between you, clearly there's a bond there, there's a really good bond. You're going to be friends forever?"
The two Strictly stars laughed off Lorraine's question before Vito seemingly ignored the romance rumours by responding about their friendship instead: "Not just Ellie, Ellie's family, it's become another family for me. Honestly, I've been so so lucky because they are so wonderful and your mum does the best gravy ever. Oh my gosh, I ate an entire pot, honestly! Yes, of course, mates, friends, people who stay in your life forever!"
