Rylan Clark stuns This Morning viewers with raunchy BBC Radio 2 confession
Rylan Clark told Alison Hammond about his questionable working from home attire while he was recording his BBC Radio 2 during the pandemic.
Forced to do his programme from his sprawling property in Essex amid the national lockdowns, the former X Factor star made an X-rated admission about his experiences on the radio during Thursday's episode of This Morning. The pair were debating wearing comfy clothes to work after it was revealed one in three employees wear pyjamas while on the clock.
Discussing the new study on the show's iconic sofa, Rylan took things one step further as he confessed to working in nothing but a pair of pants. The star, 35, spilled: "I remember during COVID I was doing my radio show from my house, I had to build a studio. I did BBC Radio 2 in my underwear."

Revealing more about his daring work get-up, Rylan candidly explained: "No, no one could see me it was just my voice. I was sat there in my pants. I always walk about in my underwear I love it, sometimes I might have none on."
Viewers flocked to X, formally Twitter, with their own stories. One commented: "My mate was on a Teams call with no pants on at all, she was messaging me like 'DON'T STAND UP!'." While someone else replied: "I had my job interview in zoom and I wore pj bottoms." [sic]

Another added: "The pyjama school run is weird #ThisMorning." A fourth responded: "Why would you wear your pjs for work #ThisMorning." Rylan finished off the conversation explaining that he heads into work for ITV wearing a tracksuit.
Alison's appearance comes after she hinted she may leave This Morning soon after admitting she's determined to bag her own TV show. The 48-year has been a regular host on the ITV breakfast programme ever since Holly Willoughby's shock departure last month, joining Dermot O'Leary for the early weekday broadcast.
Since rising to fame in 2002 on Big Brother, Alison has built a positive reputation for herself in showbiz – landing gigs on everything from I'm A Celebrity in 2010 to Celebrity Masterchef in 2014. She's also flexed her acting chops, securing guest roles in Doctors and the Dumping Ground. If that wasn't enough to impress, she's also competed on Strictly Come Dancing and participated on the fundraiser, Let's Sing and Dance.
As well as proving herself to be an entertaining reality star and actress, the bubbly Birmingham native has also established herself as a skilled presenter in the last few years. She recently added The Great British Bake Off to her stellar CV, replacing Matt Lucas as Noel Fielding's co-host on the latest series of BBC baking show. Others will know her as a former panellist on Loose Women, a job she said she'd "love" to have again.
Alison has now hinted she could be moving on from This Morning soon rather than later, confessing that while she adores the gig, she has other dreams to pursue. "I love my job and I'm good at it. But I've always got plans, things I want to do next. I can't tell you how many times I've asked for my own show," she told Woman's Own magazine. "That's what I want, a show called Alison. It might get to the point where I just make it myself!"
