I have tested dozens of robot vacuums over the years, of all shapes and sizes, for all budgets and all floor types, but the brand I keep going back to, the one that's cleaning my kitchen as I type this in fact, is Eufy.

I find their products, including their home security tech incidentally, to be very reliable, excellent performers, and always sensibly priced.

There's a surprisingly large range of models of robot vacuums in their range, and they're premium products, so you shouldn't usually expect big bargains, but I've spotted one that definitely deserves a second look during Black Friday week because it's an absolute bargain.

It's the RoboVac 11S. It usually costs £189.99, but you can buy it at the moment for £99.99. And that's a very special deal.

Stand-out features with this machine is its slim frame, which means it will slip under furniture really easily. It also has a digital remote control, so you don't need to load up your phone to set it running. In fact, this doesn't link up to WiFi, so it's great for people who like to get back to basics.

I've also found Eufy robot vacuums are very good at tackling pet hair, and their spinning brush is one of the best at getting into tight corners.

There's no LiDAR sensor with this one, which isn't a surprise at this price, and the fact it doesn't link up to WiFi means you miss out on some smart features such as Alexa and Google integration. It also doesn't let you know when the waste container is full.

But at this money, it's still worth a look.

And it's not the only one I've spotted, either. If you did want a feature-rich smart robot vacuum, you could go for the superb X8 Pro, with a self-empty station. I used one of these for several months and it was excellent.

It has the LiDAR sensors, it has smartphone and smart home integration and all the other benefits that go with it. And it usually costs £599, but it's down to £449. A great deal for a really high-tech robot vacuum.

And if you want to really push the boat out, I've spotted a Black Friday deal on one of my favourite robot vacuums, the one I currently use in my house, the X9 Pro.

This one ticks pretty much all the boxes. It has the best mopping function I've seen, it's a great shape and size, and it comes with basically every feature Eufy has developed.

The base station contains a refillable cleaning solution which it warms up to 40C to wash its dual spinning mop heads, and a separate tank to empty any dirty water into.

The only downside is the self-emptying station doesn't get rid of solid waste from the vacuum container. It's easy to assume, then that this vacuum is better for hard floors, but it copes very well on my carpets and I don't have to empty the waste all that often.

Usually priced at £899, this is obviously about as good as robot vacuums get, but it's discounted to £699 for Black Friday and, honestly, it's worth every penny.
