Kate Middleton shares Princess Charlotte's gesture that made her 'very happy'
The Princess of Wales has revealed the sweet gesture from Princess Charlotte that brightened up her morning, during a royal engagement when she started chatting to an 8-year-old girl.
During the visit to the Vsi Razom Community Hub in Bracknell, Kate learned more about how the organisation’s work has supported Ukrainian refugees who relocated to the area amid the Russian invasion. Kate also had the chance to meet the Hub’s psychologist who visits those who are adjusting to life in their new home once a week for mental health support.
As Kate, Prince William and their three children now live in Windsor, The Vsi Razom Community Hub is not far from their home. Speaking to Liza, Kate revealed how her only daughter - who is also eight - had brightened her morning that day due to a sweet song she was singing.
On X, formally known as Twitter, the Daily Mail's Rebecca English shared a sweet video of Kate telling Liza: "I heard my daughter singing this morning and it’s a song called ‘Shine Jesus Shine’ and that made me very happy this morning."

Does it have the same tune? I heard that this morning and it made me very happy this morning." The Princess was also spotted lowering herself to Liza's height so she was eye level with her.

Keen to have a chat with the 8-year-old, Kate also asked what her favourite song was and who she was at the centre with. In a sweet photograph taken of the group, Liza positioned herself directly in front of Kate.
Kate paid a visit in October for the first anniversary of the Hub, which was established by two local women who wanted to help Ukrainian people settle in Bracknell Forest. Kate helped at the centre by packing parcels of food and clothes that will be shipped to Ukraine for families directly affected by the ongoing conflict.
The Royal Family have continued to voice their support for those who have been affected by the Russian invasion, with the latest visit just one of various visits carried out by Kate and William since the conflict began in 2022.
