Stacey Solomon fans brutally savage her 'tacky' Christmas creations
Stacey Solomon has divided fans with her "tacky" DIY creations for Christmas.
The Sort Your Life Out presenter has been showing off her seasonal craft work on Instagram, previously building a giant nutcracker out of old buckets and pipes. But her latest work has caused quite a stir, with fans branding it an "epic fail".
In a new upload, the mum-of-five used her kids' Spiderman space hoppers to create the "Giant Christmas Bells for the Christmas door", which she spray-painted gold and adorned with big red ribbons. Despite her excitement about the project, some fans weren't too impressed with the results.

Her latest design didn't go down well with fans (Instagram/ @staceysolomon)Filming the final product after laying them on a green blanket, fans of the 34-year-old ripped the design to shreds. One person harshly commented: "One of the tackiest things by far that I have ever seen." Another said: "Just no babes, the giant baubles we're the winner!", referring to Stacey's Christmas creation last year.
A third remarked: "No no no no no lol [a series of laughing emoji's] what on earth this has to be an epic fail." Some couldn't help but see a smiley face in the design. "Why was I seeing these with eyes, smiley faces and bows on their head", one person observed. "They look like a giant smiley face wearing a bow hahaha", another added. One more agreed saying, "All I can see is massive smiley faces, took me a minute to realise they were bells!"

Some expressed concerns about having space hoppers around the house. "My five-year-old would be booting those across the room if it was in my house" one person noted. Another added: "They are so cool but they'd be launched around my house." Stacey defended her project, commenting: "Ok so these aren't everyone's favourites [laughing face emoji's that's ok [love heart] I think you'll be more convinced when they're among the other Christmas stuff."
However, some did give positive feedback. One wrote: "I don't know how you think of these things but I don't care because they are ace!". A second praised: "Never would I look at a space hopper and think 'giant bell' Your creativity and resourcefulness is." Last week, Stacey created a giant nutcracker taller than her and her husband Joe Swash. She used three buckets, "some guttering and some pipe insulation" to make it.
She painted the buckets in different colours and glued them together before adding arms made of pipes, bows, ribbons, a belt, and festive foliage. On Instagram, she showed off her creation and said: "PROUD. I made a giant nutcracker it's taller than me and Joe and almost hits the ceiling."
"I actually love him, We've named him Neil." she added. She explained how she made it and said: "I feel like every time I see a giant nutcracker it's hundreds of pounds or it looks soooo complicated to make so I hope this inspires anyone who wants to make one to grab a bucket and go for it".
She ended by saying: "But this got me in such a Christmassy mood and SO excited for the Christmas door." Fans praised her creativity, with one saying: "You are an absolute bloody genius. Seriously it looks so good!! I own a wedding and event decor business and I feel like we could use your creativity".
Another fan said: "Aww love it! You are so creative Stacey!" But one wasn't sure and wrote: "It's a bit s**t. But I love you regardless." One fan amusingly compared the decoration to a popular snack, commenting: "I love this..... But I can't unsee him looking like the pringle man on the tube of Pringles." As Christmas approaches, we can expect more DIY decorations from the creative star.
