Nadine Coyle teases drastic career change despite Girls Aloud reunion rumours
Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle has hinted that she might be considering another career path, as rumours of whether the girl band will reunite continue to spread.
The band including Cheryl Tweedy, Nadine Coyle, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh have been reported to have secretly reunited at a North London studio to shoot their music video for their first single in 11 years. The five piece will be coming back as a four piece, after member Sarah Harding died of breast cancer in September 2021. The group is also said to have recorded a new song dedicated to their fifth band member's memory.
Yet whilst getting back to performing is on the cards for Derry star Nadine, it appears she might also have another career in mind as she hinted that she has a book in the works.
The band was formed in 2002 and fans can soon hear new music (Dave Benett/Getty Images for The)Speaking to The Sun, Nadine shared: "I haven’t done a book yet but we are in discussions. You have to be really open, it is a big undertaking and you have to be prepared."
The Derry star acted coy when asked about linking up with her fellow bandmates, as she simply said: "I have nothing to say."

Girls Aloud formed in 2002 after all five singers auditioned and fought for their place in the group as part of ITV's Popstars: The Rivals. They went on to have an incredibly successful decade-long music career, before they broke up in 2013 after releasing their last single, Beautiful 'Cause You Love Me.
When the band split, Nadine revealed it came as a shock after she claimed that the rest of the band decided to call time on the group without consulting her. The Northern Irish singer said she was only told just minutes before going out on stage for the final performance of the Ten: The Hits Tour and none of the other girls had "breathed a word".

Speaking to The Mirror in 2014, she explained: "I didn't want the band to end, it was as simple as that. I didn't think we were going to end – we had done all the promo saying we were all together, having a great tour, wearing Victoria's Secret wings and stomping up and down the catwalk every night, loving every single minute of it.
"And then, on the very last night of the tour, our management and publicist came up to me and said the girls wanted to split up the band. I was thinking, 'What?!' I was in hair and make-up, about to get into my costume, and the show was starting in 20 minutes. I was shocked."
She added: "Thank God somebody told the truth because I never wanted the band to split up, and afterwards they were like, 'Well, she knew'. I didn't. I didn't feel it was the right thing to do. I didn't want to put my name to anything to do with it."
