This Morning's Rochelle Humes broke down in tears as a child with cancer was supported by his friends on the show, leaving the host incredibly emotional.

During the latest episode, Rochelle, 34, and co-host Craig Doyle spoke to Harry, nine, his dad Andy and the youngster's closest friends. When Harry was diagnosed with a rare bone cancer, his friends decided to shave their heads in solidarity so he wouldn't have to be alone, they have also raised more than £32,000 for charity.

During the emotional interview, one friend sweetly said of having their head shaved: "It's a lot of stuff Harry's going to go through, we wanted to be there for him and then he'll never be alone!" Rochelle broke down in tears over the heartbreaking pact and words, saying: "Oh my goodness, you're giving me happy tears! Aunty Roch has got the tears coming, oh goodness me!"

Later, Rochelle kept breaking down in tears with co-host Craig, 52, sweetly passing her tissues in support. Viewers were also left emotional as they took to social media. One person said: "I love Rochelle she's so sweet #thismorning."

Elsewhere, a different account put: "Watching #ThisMorning very emotional little boy fighting cancer and all his mates shaving there heads for charity and supporting there friend. Tears are flowing. X bless" while another added: "This story is so sad. No 9 year old should be fighting cancer. Sending thoughts #ThisMorning."

Harry and his friends have raised more than £32,000 for Young Lives Vs Cancer with Byron Geldard from the charity previously saying about the incredible achievement: "Harry and his friends have done an amazing job in smashing their target of £10,000 in less than seven days.

"It's great to see his friends and family coming together to support Harry and his family. The money raised will go on to support many families, like Harry's, facing cancer."

Elsewhere, when the boys first shaved their heads, they were supported by various celebrities with McFly star Harry Judd saying in a video message: "Hey Harry, it's Harry. Great name! I'm sorry you've not been very well but I hear you're being super brave." While Chris Evans added: "I'm wishing you all the best of luck, I'm saying prayers for you. I'm pushing good energy, positive energy, your way. Good luck, stick with it, you've got this."
