She said: "Hi everybody in Instaworld it is the eve of the premiere of the Robbie Williams documentary on Netflix and I have been getting a lot of texts about it today and it occurred to me as I was getting all these texts that I'm feeling incredibly vulnerable about everyone seeing out lives, Robbie's life, our life, our kids'. It feels like everyone's kind of looking through my knicker drawer, Rob's knicker drawer."

Ayda added: "I just thought that I'd share that I'm feeling super nervous and vulnerable so I hope you all are into it, moved by it, like it. I definitely cried several times and had many proud moments and look forward to sharing it one day with my children who will have lots of questions.

"But anyway I hope you enjoy it, I just thought I would share a vulnerable moment with you so hope you all tune in and find something about it especially the man behind it a good guy and a good documentary. That's all I got so everyone enjoy your evening and I look forward to your thoughts."

Robbie's documentary has been released on Netflix on Wednesday morning and explores the behind the scenes of Robbie's rise to fame. It also looks at Robbie's current life as his family life.

This comes as the pair spoke out about a phone call which ended the couple's relationship. She explains that the former Take That star called her one morning shortly before his 33rd birthday admitting his team was sending him to rehab.

Explaining the heartbreaking phone call, Ayda said: "I remember it was 2am and I called him and I was like, 'I am just getting on the highway' and he's like, 'Are you driving? Call me when you get home.' And he is like, 'I can't be in a relationship, I have to get better and I can't be with you. I have to break up with you."

Ayda added: "And it was like, I understood it because I saw that he was unwell and I remember thinking, 'I just want you to get better.'" She also admitted she was "so crestfallen" adding: "He was my soulmate and then he was gone."
