Big Brother fans call for show change after 'unfair' nominations announced

Big Brother fans called for a show change on Wednesday's episode as the "unfair" nominations were revealed following the Halloween twist.

During the latest episode, Big Brother gathered all the housemates in the lounge for this week's nominations, where it was revealed that Dylan, Noky, Paul and Trish will be the next housemates to face the public vote ahead of Friday night's live double eviction.

Dylan received seven nominations from Henry, Noky, Chanelle, Matty, Jenkin, Yinrun and Trish. Noky received six nominations from Olivia, Jenkin, Dylan, Paul, Jordan and Tom. Trish received five nominations from Olivia, Chanelle, Dylan, Paul and Tom. Paul received four nominations from Noky, Henry, Yinrun and Trish.

Viewers were left annoyed over the results as they argued Noky and Trish should have received immunity from nominations following the Halloween twist. Earlier this week, Noky found out in the Diary Room that she had been "possessed", where she had to pick an accomplice and take part in an evil secret mission.

Noky picked Trish and as part of the challenge they had to pick three housemates for a "Cursed Nominations", the duo picked Dylan, Kerry and Olivia with the trio then entered into a flash vote. Later, Big Brother called Dylan, Kerry and Olivia to "room 101", where the trio were then screened on a television to their fellow housemates. Big Brother then revealed one of them would be leaving and that they had been nominated by Noky and Trish, leaving the rest of the housemates stunned.

Big Brother then revealed that Kerry had been eliminated and was leaving immediately to which she had an abrupt backdoor exit via a decorative coffin for the Halloween-themed episode — without even getting to say goodbye to her fellow housemates not in the same room. Meanwhile, Dylan exploded at Noky and Trish over the fact he was nominated.

Viewers were quick to argue it was unfair that the housemates could nominate Noky and Trish following the Halloween twist as the duo should have been granted immunity. Taking to social media, one person said: "So unfair that Noky & Trish getting voted for a task they had no choice in #BBUK", another viewer wrote: "It is sooooo unfair that Noky and Trish are not immune #BBUK", a different fan wrote: "Trish and Noky absolutely should have been immune this week, it was so unfair for Big Brother to reveal their noms, and now we risk losing them?? #bbuk" while another viewer added: "I cannot believe Trish and Noky aren’t immune this week after the task!"

Voting for this week’s eviction opens at 10.15pm tonight (Nov 1) exclusively via the Big Brother app, with viewers being asked to vote for the housemate they wish to evict from the house. Friday night will see two housemates be evicted from the Big Brother house. Viewers can then watch AJ Odudu and Will Best grill the evictees in their first live interview on Big Brother: Late & Live.
