Kate Middleton’s uncle is reportedly adding the finishing touches to his tell-all book, almost one year after the release of Prince Harry’s explosive memoir Spare and Netflix docuseries - and we want to know what YOU think.

The younger brother of Carole Middleton - Gary Goldsmith - is planning to “set the record straight” and reveal “private family details” following the accusations and criticism aimed at the Royal Family by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. According to a source, Gary, 58, will use the opportunity to give the Middleton family “a voice” amidst the shocking revelations released by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Speaking to new, the source said: “When Harry was originally compiling his book, his publisher was confident William wouldn’t comment, because it wouldn’t be fitting for a future King to do so. Harry wouldn’t have anticipated such a comeback from Kate’s family. He and Meghan won’t like it one bit and will be dreading the book’s release.”

Harry’s bombshell book, which was released in January, shared a number of alarming allegations, including claims that Kate had made Meghan cry over Princess Charlotte’s flower-girl dress just days before the Sussexes’ wedding in 2018. The latter made Gary “see red”, as he told the press: “How dare Harry share such a confidence involving a young child?” He also said that he thought Meghan was jealous of Kate because she makes her royal role “look effortless”.

Goldsmith originally planned for the memoir to focus on his £30 million fortune through his IT recruitment business, but it will now include private family details. The source highlighted that Carole and Kate will read over the manuscript before publication, which will share some shocking revelations.

“Gary is still very close to both Carole and Kate. He won’t want to do anything that will embarrass them, but it could be a good way of putting a Middleton voice out there to set the record straight over some of the things Harry wrote about in Spare,” they said.

While Harry and Meghan are rumoured to be “dreading” the memoir, do you think Kate Middleton's family should release a tell-all book? Vote in our poll to have your say.
