Ex-Married At First Sight star Luke Worley claimed viewers will see him ‘slap’ Jordan Gayle as part of a furious bust-up.

In a now-deleted post, Luke gloated 'chat s**t get banged' in a warning to his co-star, despite being reprimanded by Channel 4 bosses for his behaviour. The 30-year-old sales executive was matched with 31-year-old sales team leader Jay Howard on the controversial E4 reality show. Meanwhile 26-year-old Personal Trainer Jordan was matched with 25-year-old dance teacher Erica Roberts.

But while the reality show is supposed to be an experiment about love and commitment, the current season has spilled into hate and apparently violence after Luke and Jordan came to blows. Taking to social media this week, Luke hinted that Jordan provoked his fury by making derogatory comments about Jay.

In a since-deleted stories comment, Luke wrote: “If you upset my wife you will know about it.” He added: “Tune in on Monday night to see me slap Jordan the p***y.” He also used a hashtag stating “chat s**t get banged”.

The statement has sparked an intervention from Channel 4 who issued a statement condoning Luke’s words. They told the Mirror: “The wellbeing of cast and crew is our utmost priority at all times throughout production and beyond.

“We have a zero-tolerance policy towards violence and we take any behaviour of this nature very seriously. We took prompt action as soon as this incident occurred, and Luke was subsequently removed from the experiment. This will all be addressed in Monday's episode.”

Channel 4 added: “We do not condone any form of violence, or aggressive language, and have raised the matter with the cast member concerned.” The statement comes after reports revealed Luke had been removed from the show before filming was completed.

Earlier this month, it was confirmed that Luke was removed from the show after getting into a physical fight with a co-star - an incident which Luke now seems to have suggested could make it on air. An insider said that the fight constituted the most ’explosive’ moment of MAFS history in the UK.

The source said at the time: "The cast attend a couples' retreat and during dinner things get particularly heated between them and later they come to blows inside Jordan's apartment. The fight was caught on camera, meaning there's every chance it could be shown in the most explosive scenes ever to be aired on Married At First Sight UK."

Channel 4 subsequently issued a statement confirming Luke had been removed from the show, and adde they had been left with "no option but to axe” the aspiring reality star.

TV Fans had previously noticed that they recognised Luke from another reality show where he failed to find love. The Essex lad popped on Davina McCall's show, The Language Of Love, two years ago. Flocking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan wrote last month: "Got it! Luke was on Davina McCall's The Language of Love!! #MAFSUK."
