MAFS fans blast 'two-faced' Tasha for savage betrayal of pal Ella

Fans of Married At First Sight were left outraged when Nathanial Valentino revealed that he found out about his wife Ella's secret texts with fellow contestant JJ - through her close pal Tasha.

Ella and Nathanial's already ailing marriage took a major turn for the worse after she decided to tell her beau that she had been flirting with JJ during the group's spa break. On hearing the revelation,Nathaniel told Ella that her flirty exchange was something he could not get over, which left her running to Tasha in tears. And in last night's episode, Nathanial revealed to his fellow MAFS participant Laura, that Tasha was in fact the one who had told him about Ella texting JJ.

And fans were furious with Tasha's shock betrayal. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one person wrote: "Wait. So Tasha told Nathanial about Ella texting JJ", which was followed by a series of shocked emojis. Another person said: "Ahah …. Oh yes exactly what I picked up on - isn’t it Tasha that Ella has been confiding in. Umm stirrer rings a bell." A third added: "Yeh and in the preview for tonight Tasha storms off with Ella.. but yet she told Nathaniel lol." Earlier, viewers had seen Tasha holding Ella's hand as she comforted her.

Ella had visited Tasha to confess that her relationship was not working as she has more of a friendship with Nathanial than a relationship, which left viewers believing that they were close friends. And this is perhaps why her betrayal came as a shock. Their close bond was further confirmed when Ella supported Tasha in an argument against new bride Erica, during their group trip to a spa last week. Things became incredibly heated between Ella, Erica and Tasha to the point where Tasha was seen standing up over Erica and shouting at her. Soon after, Ella and Tasha stormed out of the room, leaving Erica in tears. In a bid to excuse her behaviour, Ella took to social media and wrote: "Last night's away day. I'm not going to address every single thing people have said because if I did, where and when would I ever stop?"

She added: " All I will say is I adore @ericaroberts and I class her as a friend now! )Remember this was filmed months ago). I was very drunk at the spa day which didn't help.@itstashajay is a good person who I love very much! Guys no one is perfect but remember this is a TV show so the way it's edited will make it seem 10 times worse! Send love not hate! Be kind we are all imperfect humans at the end of the day!"

This came after Ella was making it incredibly clear that she found newcomer Essex boy JJ attractive. In one game during the episode, the group was asked who they found attractive outside of their partner. And when it was Ella's turn to answer, without hesitation, she said JJ. But it looked as though the attraction was in fact mutual as the fashion brand owner named Ella as his chosen person.
