Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol star Paula Patton and Blurred Lines hitmaker Robin Thicke hired Megahn in 2005 to write the invitation envelopes for their star-studded wedding. According to royal biographer Andrew Morton, Meghan used her skill of “impeccable handwriting” which she learnt at her all-girls Catholic high school to earn money as a calligraphist.

In his 2018 book Meghan: A Hollywood Princess, he wrote: “She later commented: ‘I’ve always had a propensity for getting the cursive down pretty well.’ At that time, her claim to fame was writing the envelopes for the June 2005 wedding of singer Robin Thicke and actor Paula Patton.”

Meghan Markle revealed how her first job was “taking out the trash” - but told how it made her the person she is today. Back in 2018, the Duke and Duchess were introduced to teenage boys and girls from the In League In Harmony project from the NRL, which aims to unite young people from diverse communities to be “advocates for positive change in their communities”.

Sitting separately, with a mixed-sex group each, the couple listened to young people’s growing up in Australia, and day to day lives. As one young man told the Duchess about his part-time job, she empathised: “My first job when I was 14, I remember taking out the trash, all sorts. It give you a good work ethic, right?”

The Duchess of Sussex ran the website up until her marriage to Prince Harry in 2018. Meghan's passion project, named after her favourite wine Tignanello, transformed into a large community of like-minded people who read her thoughts on feminism, travel, the arts, design and wellness.

In some of her most memorable posts, Meghan opened up about her younger years before she shot to international fame - and in another she made a confession about struggling to give up "unladylike habits". In a twist of a fate, Meghan also blogged about the Prince and Princess of Wales' wedding, writing about "the pomp" surrounding William and Kate's big day - seven years before her own royal wedding.

The Duchess, 43, has reportedly been issued with a so-called Notice of Allowance document by the US Patent and Trademark Office, after an application to trademark the blog last November.
