Peter and Abbey leaves This Morning presenters blushed with sex admission
Peter Crouch left This Morning presenters red-faced after he admitted to the hilarious way he prompts his wife Abbey Clancy into giving him the green light to have an intimate moment in the bedroom.
And this is by his choice of using the aubergine emoji. The former England footballer, 42, was joined on This Morning with his wife of 12 years, Abbey Clancy while being interviewed to promote their new book, The Therapy Crouch: In Search of a Happy (N) Ever After. Peter's admission was laid bare when presenter Craig Doyle asked him to talk about his love language, as he joked that it used to be love letters instead of emojis.
Peter Crouch and Abbey Clancey reveal their quirky love language on This MorningThe footie star then replied saying that he was "trying to move with the times." He added: "Its not something I want to say in the morning really but when we're on the podcast obviously we're a lot more open. I just put my cards on the table, like any man."
And it was at this point that the former model jumped in and said: "He's a busy man and he needs to know straight away, is it on or not." Craig and his co-host Rochelle Humes soon realised what the pair were hinting at as Craig said: "Oh I know the emoji you're talking about." And Rochelle, looking red-faced added: "I think we all do." Without any hesitation, Rochelle quickly said: "Peter lets move on to your gift buying...."
This came on the back of the couple's podcast in May when Abbey revealed that Peter will send her a beaver emoji closely followed by an aubergine emoji, whenever they're alone. She shared the news with her fans saying: "I just don't know how long I can go on with these sexual emojis that you keep sending me. If the kids go to school and he hears me like, put the key in the door I'm in and no one's in the house, I just get a beaver and an aubergine emoji text."

The couple stayed on the show to step in as agony aunts. But, following a call from a viewer that spoke about her relationship being one sided as she makes more of a romantic effort, Peter let slip he leaves the romance to Abbey over fears of getting it wrong. He went on to say: "Potentially the reason why he doesn't do it is because whatever he does will be wrong." And his response was met with laughter from both Craig and Rochelle.
He went on to say: "I would love to take the reigns, I really would, but I do worry that essentially I could get it wrong. Whereas if she plans it then it's not going to go wrong."
