Swifities praise Travis Kelce for sweet response to increased media attention

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has addressed the increased media attention he has been receiving in recent weeks amid his budding romance with Taylor Swift.

In a sweet interview, two-time Super Bowl champion Travis has nothing but good things to say about his rumoured new love interest despite all the extra attention he and his family have been receiving in recent weeks. In a press conference over the weekend Travis said: "Paparazzi are just taking photos from all over the place but at the same time you know it comes with it. It comes with it.

"You got a lot of people that care about Taylor and for good reason. So you just have to keep living and learning and enjoying the moments." He continued: "At the end of the day you know I've always been pretty good about compartmentalizing and being able to stay focused in this building. So I'll just keep rolling with that man."

After the kind words from Travis last week then went viral on TikTok, Swifities have taken to the comments showing an outpour of love and support for Travis and his growing romance with the Anti-Hero singer. One fan wrote: "This is the definition of private but not secret. Admiration for her but not saying anything disrespectful," another agreed: "FOR A GOOD REASON okay I trust him now." And a third added: "The fact that this man is out here defending his woman and being so respectful and humble is top notch."

This comes as the pair recently appeared to have confirmed romance rumours after the Cruel Summer singer has been spotted cheering the NFL star on at his games in both Kansas City and New Jersey in recent weeks. The pair have all but announced their relationship as they've been seen leaving Taylor's New York City apartment together and driving around in Travis' vintage convertible together.

But as Travis issues a kind response to the extra attention, fans couldn't help but notice the 33-year-old hitmaker opted to skip his most recent game against the Minnesota Vikings. During Travis' recent game fans noticed his frustration as he suffered an ankle injury, but was luckily able to regain his composure to secure the Chief's fourth straight win. Although Taylor's reason for missing the game hasn't been revealed, many fans believe Travis was also surprised she didn't make an appearance with many theorising she ditched the game last minute.
