Strictly's Bobby Brazier's rarely-seen brother beams over 'remarkable' samba

Bobby Brazier's rarely-seen younger brother Freddie appeared to be overjoyed as he watched his sibling on Strictly Come Dancing.

EastEnders star Bobby, 20, is one of the favourites to win the BBC dancing competition and despite only being in the third week, his routines have continued to impress the judges. As part of Movies Week, Bobby and professional dancer Dianne Buswekk, 34, stepped out with a samba as they showcased their moves dressed as Romeo and Juliet.

But as they came to the end of their impressive routine, the camera panned to Bobby's younger sibling Freddie who opts to keep a low profile away from the limelight.

Freddie, 19, was seen proudly clapping in the audience while flashing an ecstatic smile as he struggled to contain his joy as he watched his brother. The youngest son of the late Jade Goody and TV presenter Jeff Brazier was joined by a friend as well as Bobby's EastEnders co-star, Clay Milner Russell who plays his on-screen best friend, Bobby Beale and another close friend.

But it wasn't just Freddie who was blown away as Bobby and Dianne's routine left the four judges completely amazed by his skills and hip-thrusting skills. Anton Du Beke gushed: "You have some sort of double-jointed trick pelvis. It was remarkable- I loved it."

While Craig Revel-Horwood praised Bobby for making a dance that is "quite unnatural for men" to look "very natural". Motsi Mabuse went on to say: "You were enjoying that so much- it wasn’t even about pleasing us!" Head judge Shirley Ballas praised Brazier for "bringing some rhythm in that pelvis."

As the couple left the dancefloor, Dianne joked that Bobby's hips "didn't lie." Following their impressive routine, each judge went on to score the couple an eight meaning they racked up a whopping 32 out of 40 before sailing through to the fourth live show of the series.

However, fans of the BBC programme vented their frustrations on social media, with many declaring the pair should have topped the leaderboard. One disgruntled fan wrote on Instagram: "Seriously undermarked and I never say that lightly, he was so good. Another penned: "Very undermarked. Marking and comments don't match up, they didn't give him one negative comment or anything to work on. It was [the most] amazing dance of the night for me."

A third took to X (formerly Twitter) to declare: Bobby was severely undermarked, that Samba was everythingggg #Strictly." And a fourth wrote: "Bobby and Dianne were so ridiculously undermarked for that samba like HELLO DID WE WATCH THE SAME THING?? #strictly."
