CD Keys offering up to 42% off PS Plus right now

CD Keys is currently offering discounts of up to 42% off PS Plus subscriptions and the deals are on offer across a selection of regions.

PS Plus is pretty much a must-have if you have a PS5 (or PS4) and want to play online. Xbox owners are in the same boat with Xbox Game Pass now that Xbox Live Gold has been turned into Xbox Game Pass Core. Sony announced a PS Plus price increase across all three tiers which took effect this month, and if that's made you reconsider renewing your subscription, you might want to check out CD Keys.

The site has one-month, three-month, 12-month and 15-month memberships on offer but it's worth noting this isn't necessarily available on both options across all regions. After some digging around, I came up empty when looking for PS Plus subscriptions in the region – discounted or otherwise. There are a ton of options for Europe and both the UK and US have also got PS Plus price drops thanks to the discounts.

A 12-month subscription will set you back £59.99 / $79.99 / AU$117.60 now that the PS Plus price increase has taken effect. So the discounted UK 12-month deal will actually save you more than the advertised 4%. You'll actually be saving around 20% on the 12-month membership compared to the new PS Plus price for that option.

Bear in mind that Sony has clarified that the new PS Plus price for the 12-month subscription "will remain at a discounted rate when compared to purchasing the 1-month or 3-month subscriptions over a 12-month period."

If you're a current PS Plus member already in a 12-month subscription period, Sony notes that the PS Plus price increase won't come into play for you until your next renewal date "that occurs on or after" November 6, 2023.

But given that you don't have to redeem these codes right away, you can afford to sit on them for a while and still snap them up at a discounted price, to redeem when you're ready. Do check the fine print though to double-check how long you have to use them.
