Taylor Swift gives game away on Travis Kelce relationship with NFL decision

Travis Kelce will have another chance to impress Taylor Swift on Sunday night as the pop superstar is set to be at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey to watch him play.

The story of Week 3 in the NFL was undoubtedly Swift watching Kelce at Arrowhead Stadium alongside his mother, Donna, and the pair left together after the game. It's been rumoured for weeks that Swift and Kelce are dating, but their relationship looks very real as the singer is expected to be present for Sunday Night Football.

Swift has already been to MetLife Stadium this year, as she played three sell-out shows there on her Eras Tour. "Oh, New Jersey, I feel absolutely fantastic right now," Swift said to fans on the first of her three shows at the venue.

But this time she will be a spectator, as the Kansas City Chiefs face the New York Jets in the Sunday primetime slot for Week 4. Clips of Swift shouting "Lets f****** go" went viral after she was spotted at Arrowhead last week, and it's likely that the camera will be firmly planted on her once again.

The Chiefs eased past the Chicago Bears 41-10 in Week 3, but the most memorable moment was when Kelce scored a touchdown and the cameras panned to Swift in his family suite. After the game the Chiefs tight end left the stadium with the singer, and they've since been pictured getting comfortable while out for dinner.

The reaction to their reported relationship has taken over the internet and beyond, with the fan bases of both Swift and the NFL colliding and creating a huge amount of noise. Kelce was always a popular player, but his profile has increased dramatically since his association with Swift began.

A spokesperson for the NFL’s official merchandise partner Fanatics shared on Monday that Kelce was now one of the top five selling NFL players. His sales have increased by nearly 400 per cent throughout the Fanatics network of sites.

Kelce and his brother Jason host one of the most popular sport podcasts in the world "New Heights" and addressed the romance on their New Heights podcast for a number of weeks. But they've both gone from joking to being serious about the situation, hinting that the relationship could be escalating.

On Wednesday's episode of the podcast, Kelce said: "One, I know I brought all of this attention to me. So, yeah, I think it’s . . . what’s real is that, you know, it is my personal life. I want to respect both of our lives.

"She’s not in the media as much as I am doing this show every single week and having fun during the NFL season and on other guys’ shows like the ‘McAfee Show’ and any other show that I go on from here on out.

"Like you said on that Thursday night game, I’m enjoying life, and I sure as hell enjoyed this weekend. Everything moving forward, I think me talking about sports will have to be kinda where I keep it."
