Japanese Grand Prix start time, UK TV channel and qualifying result
After their winning streaks ended in Singapore, Max Verstappen and Red Bull are out to set the record straight.
And they began the Japanese Grand Prix weekend in ominous fashion. The Dutchman was more than half-a-second clear of anyone else in the first practice session, while he was also at the top of the timesheets in the other two.
Whether or not others were hiding their true pace, it was a clear sign that Red Bull are very much back to their best. But that doesn't mean they are the only ones in the fight at Suzuka this weekend.
Ferrari, fresh from winning for the first time this year in Singapore, will be confident of a strong showing again. Carlos Sainz will want more glory now he has had a taste, and team-mate Charles Leclerc will want to get in on the act himself.
George Russell wants to set the record straight after crashing on the final lap in Singapore. And Lewis Hamilton would dearly love to end his personal drought of race wins, but has already declared that he is not likely to be in the fight for the win this weekend.
Sebastian Vettel warns of looming F1 ban and is "very worried about the future"
Final practice suggested McLaren could be on for another podium. Lando Norris was second quickest behind Verstappen while Oscar Piastri, now in a full-upgraded car, was just behind his team-mate.
But will any of them be able to stop Verstappen? Here's how you can watch all the F1 action at Suzuka as his rivals bid to do exactly that...
What time is the Japanese Grand Prix?
The race takes place at the famous Suzuka circuit, around 230 miles west of Tokyo. The time difference means UK viewers will need to rise early on Sunday if they want to watch the action live, with the formation lap scheduled to start at 6am BST (2pm local time).
How can I watch the Japanese Grand Prix?
Sky Sports has the rights to show live Formula 1 coverage in the UK. You can sign up to Sky Sports right now for an extra £22 per month. Build up to the race will begin on the broadcaster's dedicated F1 channel at 4.30am BST.
