Prince William and Harry share one emotional gesture amid hopes feud could thaw
Prince William and Harry could put their longstanding feud to bed – according to one leading body language expert.
Since Harry made the decision to step down as a senior working royal in 2020, his elder brother, the Prince of Wales, has been enraged by his decisions. The Duke of Sussex, 39, and his wife Meghan Markle, stated they wanted to live a more financially independent lifestyle in North America.
In the past three years, Harry has delivered a string of bombshell allegations against his family and even released an explosive memoir, Spare, detailing his life behind the walls of Kensington Palace and Windsor Castle. One blistering attack against his brother claimed William launched an attack against Harry in Nottingham Cottage, causing him to fall to the ground and snap his necklace.
Prince William was seen holding his jacket and abdomen while out and about in New York (PA)Over the years, both of King Charles' sons have been seen touching their suit jackets while out and about. Harry was seen clutching his tie as he and Meghan joined William and Princess Catherine on an impromptu walkabout outside Windsor Castle following the death of the late Queen Elizabeth. Meanwhile, William has also been seen holding his Blazer while leaving his hotel during the EarthShot Prize Innovation Summit.
But following William's recent trip to New York, body language expert Judi James believes that a possible reunion may be on the cards in the coming years. Judi believes that Prince Harry recently showed off "charisma and celebrity" during his recent trip to Germany for the Invictus Games in Dusseldorf, while William's trip to New York saw him lacking.

Prince Harry also shares the same trait as his elder brother (Getty Images)Judi said: "William's body language approach in the US is what is called 'There you are!' charisma that is less celebrity and more about turning the people he meets into the stars." She went on to add to The Mirror US: "Harry hit the ground at Invictus using the body language of celebrity. Waving, hugging, storming out on the stage, he was very much a 'spotlight royal' and his charisma style was what is described simply as 'Here I am!' as he brought some magic to the games via his presence."
But reflecting on shared traits, Judi continued: "Both William and Harry share the self-comfort, self-protective barrier ritual of placing one hand on the waist when they feel anxious or under pressure. Harry was seen fiddling with his jacket button in Germany and William can be seen touching his clothing in the same ritual in the US."
