Katie Price has revealed she was called a vile name in a supermarket while she was with her daughters.

The former glamour model said she was shopping in Tesco ’s with kids Princess, 16, and eight-year-old Bunny when two girls - who were also with a young child - walked past her and shouted ‘you’re a s***!’

Revealing what happened on her podcast The Katie Price Show, which she co-hosts with younger sister Sophie, Katie said: “I was in my local supermarket, Tesco, and I was with Bunny and Princess, minding my own business. And I walked past these two girls with their young kid and one shouted out ‘you’re a s***!’”

A shocked Sophie gasped: “Really? Even nowadays people are still doing that?” Katie said: “Yeah, they went, ‘you’re a s***!’ And I turned around and I said, ‘Excuse me? What did you say?’”

Saying she was “fuming”, Katie told listeners she told the women: “You don’t even f***ing know me. Come here and say it to my face then. I was fuming! I said, ‘How dare you say that when I’ve got kids here. You don’t know nothing about me. You’ve got no right to call me a s***. You don’t even know me.” A furious Sophie said: “Why would people do that? Especially when you’ve got kids around!”

Recalling another time she was harassed by a member of the public, Katie said a couple had a go at her for parking in a disabled bay in the Pink Range Rover she had at the time - while out with disabled son Harvey.

She shared: “I was getting the kids out. I was parked at Toys R Us. This couple looked at my car, got out and went, ‘Who do you think you are? Just because you’ve got a car like that, you think you can park in a disabled bay.”

Katie, whose 21-year-old son Harvey suffers from the genetic condition Prader-Willi Syndrome, autism and is partially blind, said she was “livid” and followed the couple into Curry’s.

She said: “I got Harvey out and I said, ‘How dare you! He’s blind! Everyone was coming around and I said, ‘Look, you all know Harvey and they’re saying I don’t have any right to park in a disabled bay’.”

She continued: “And I had my (disabled) badges. I was livid! Does it matter what car I’ve got? Why does that make a difference? I had my display badges. Obviously I have them for Harvey. So I was like, ‘Here you go, this is why I’m in a disabled bay. Thank you very much’. Things like that wind me up. I would never park in a disabled bay without a reason.

“There’s been other times when I’m parked in a disabled bay while I’m waiting to pick Harvey up from somewhere and because I’m not seen getting out the car with Harvey people think I’m using the badges. How does anyone know if I’m not collecting Harvey or not? It really annoys me.”
