Man banned from contacting Babestation glamour model after becoming obsessed
A man who 'became obsessed' with a Babestation glamour model has been handed an interim Stalking Protection Order.
Steven Tuckey is said to have carried out numerous acts associated with stalking the alleged victim - including telling the woman that he owns her.
At Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court, prosecutor Ethu Crorie said the 42-year-old had been tormenting the woman since late 2020 - with the latest alleged incident taking place on January 23 this year.
He told the court: "Mr Tuckey has engaged in this campaign over a significant period of time, causing the victim, a woman in her early 30s, distress."
The court heard how in late 2020 the defendant had engaged in chat with the complainant, who was working as an adult performer on the TV channel Babestation.

As the conversations continued, Tuckey expressed a wish to engage with her on other platforms.
It's claimed that he sent the woman £300 but she "started to feel uneasy about the exchanges".

Tuckey is accused of sending an email to the woman, stating: "You should be very careful who you go upsetting because not everybody is as reasonable as me.
"I only take what action is lawful; but there are plenty of nutters out there that if you treat them the way you have treated me, then they would have already thrown acid in your face by now...
"It is not too late for you to make amends, but if you keep acting the way you have been then things are only going to get worse for you."
He told the court that he wished to contest the Stalking Protection Order, but did not object to an interim order ahead of the contested hearing.

A day-long contested hearing will take place at Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court before a District Judge on Thursday, June 29.
Tuckey, of Dame Anthonys Close, Binstead, was slapped with an interim order - prohibiting him from contacting the woman.

The order contained more than a dozen prohibitions, most notably the defendant must have risk management software installed on his internet devices.
A Stalking Protection Order is made on application to a magistrates' court by the police and is a civil order.
It is not a criminal offence, but it is a crime to breach the order.
