Paris and Tyson Fury have just welcomed their seventh child into their family.

The champion boxer, 35, and wife of 15 years introduced their newest bundle of joy to the world on Monday. They shared the happy news that they welcomed a baby boy weighing 6lb 13oz after keeping their pregnancy mostly secret. Their new baby joins six siblings, Venezuela, 14, Prince John James 10, Prince Tyson Fury II, five, Valencia Amber, four, Prince Adonis Amaziah, three, and one-year-old Athena.

Tyson posted a picture of his wife Paris earlier this year, where he shared their exciting news. He wrote: "I get to do date night with my beautiful pregnant wife Paris, Gods is great. Seventh baby incoming, fantastic news to cheer me up." Paris, 33, later shared her husband's pregnancy announcement post and wrote: "Baby NO 7 on the way God willing". The mum-of-seven has been by her husband's side, both in the ring and in his life outside sport, since they first met as teenagers and become childhood sweethearts.

Young love

The happy couple first met almost two decades ago - when 17-year-old Tyson was an unknown up and coming boxer. Paris, then known as Paris Mullroy, was 15-years-old and like her future husband, was raised an Irish Traveller family and a devout practising Catholic. Although the pair grew up on opposite sides of the pennines - Paris residing in Doncaster, Yorkshire, and Tyson calling Wythenshawe, Manchester, his home - their paths crossed at a mutual friend's wedding.

"The only thing I remember him vividly saying was, ‘You look like a Sindy doll’ and it upset me badly because Sindy is a second rate Barbie," Paris previously recalled to the Daily Mirror. The future love birds met up again by chance the following year, at Paris' 16th birthday party, and soon began dating - eventually tying the knot in 2008 at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

As practising Catholics, Tyson and Paris didn't have sex until officially becoming husband and wife. "Even after we got engaged, Tyson would sleep in a caravan at my parents’ home, while I slept inside the house," Paris has previously explained in the past. "We didn’t sleep together until after we got married. That is the travellers' way."

Children

Once married, Paris and Tyson began creating their brood and are now parents to seven children together - three daughters and four sons. Doting dad Tyson once explained that he decided to give his sons the same name - Prince - because of his boxing nickname, The Gypsy King, saying: “I’m a king and they’re princes until they earn their rightful name." Sadly, Paris and Tyson have also experienced tragedy and loss in their family life.

The couple have also lost two babies by misscarriage - the second being in 2018, on the day of Tyson's comeback fight against Albanian Sefer Seferi. Paris recalled the traumatic event, saying: "On the day of the fight I knew I’d lost our baby. I didn’t mention it to Tyson before he went in the ring. Then straight after I told him." She also opened up about allowed her eldest daughter to quit school at 11-years-old and follow the traditions of her traveller background.

The mum-of-seven discussed how daughter Venezuela wanted to leave traditional education after primary school and instead have a tutor to keep up to date with her studies. The Fury's originally took the 11-year-old out of school as the entire Fury clan are constantly travelling to the US due to two-time world heavyweight champion Tyson's boxing career.

In the 33-year-old's documentary, which aired in 2020, wife Paris spoke about the couple's varying views when it comes to their offspring's education. "Me and Tyson have talked about the kids going to school," Paris says during one scene in Tyson Fury : The Gypsy King. "Tyson wants the boys to go into education but I don't; it's just not what we've ever done."

Dark days

While their marriage may be rock solid, Paris revealed in 2020 there was a period of time where she considered leaving her husband. However, the mum stood by her man during his multiple battles outside of the ring. The boxing star once wanted to take his own life as he battled drink and drug addiction, and his weight ballooned to 28 stone at one stage. “He’s trying to balance being a sportsman, a husband and a dad, with being a superstar,” Paris said of her partner following his career comeback.

“But he is managing a lot better now. The worst was in around 2015-16, every day he was talking about his misery and his problems. He was drinking heavily and he was taking drugs, which I didn’t know about at the time. And he was obese. It was a hard time to deal with him especially as I was expecting three times in a row. Home

Despite being one of the most successful British boxers of all time, Tyson and his wife Paris live a relatively modest lifestyle considering the sports star's estimated net worth. The happy couple and their seven children have resided in the Lancashire seaside town of Morecambe since 2011 - in a five-bedroom house believed to be worth a modest £550,000. Before he amassed what is now thought to be around £100million following one of the greatest sporting comebacks ever, Tyson lived in a caravan on his dad John’s land.

"People said to me, ‘why don’t you live in California or America?’ Tyson has said in the past. "Why would I abandon my own country for a bit of money and some fame? I love it. I would never leave Morecambe. It’s true beauty. If the weather was better, every house here would be a million quid." Although his matches in the ring earn him millions of dollars, Tyson has no interest in amassing mass wealth, saying in the past: “I don’t really have much use for it, I’m not interested in becoming a millionaire or a billionaire.” The boxer has also revealed that most of his earnings are donated to good causes because “I don’t think people should make money out of punching other people in the face.”
