Tiktok influencer 'demands people wait' while she films at busy Tube station
A model has been criticised after posting a video from a busy London Underground station, where people could be seen cutting in front of her - and she was getting visibly annoyed by it.
Antonia Freya Lydia, a model and ambassador for fast fashion retail brand Fashion Nova who lives in London, was trying to take "an aesthetic video" on the Underground, and captioned the video on TikTok: "Like can yoh wait just one sec, sir [sic]". The model could first be seen standing in front of a moving train, wearing a formal black dress, black handbag and her hair tied up.
Antonia, who posted the video on her account @turnttoni, went on to show all the outtakes, where people in the busy Tube station would pass straight in front of the camera. The model looked increasingly annoyed by the interruptions. The video clip divided opinions, with some slamming her for expecting others to wait, despite being in a place - while others pointing out she was probably not being serious.
One social media user wrote: "People have lives, they have places to be," with another adding: "It's a public space." A third person commented: "Just remember the train station is a public place, they won't wait till you finish your vids."
A fourth commented: "The world does not revolve around her. People have places to be. How can you be annoyed at people going about their business, you aren't the main character." Another said: "Book out the station for filming or respect that it is a public space. You deserve no more entitlement than the next person," and someone else added: "Screams entitlement."

However, another social media pointed out: "You guys need to chill. She's just joking." A second added: "She's literally not mad, she's just showing how difficult it was to take the perfect video."
The footage was reposted on Twitter on Sunday by another user who is not Antonia, in a likely tongue-in-cheek caption they wrote: "When you see someone recording just walk behind the camera or wait literally ten seconds, if you can't do this then you don't deserve to be part of a civilized society."
The sentence enraged people but the user doubled down on their claims, adding: "Like I'm sorry you can't be kind to a pretty girl for five minutes, maybe if you could afford a bigger car your life wouldn't depend on crowding the trains like moths to a lamp. This is how societies end."
It's not the first time people have been slammed for their behaviour on public transport. One man was recently created a portable chair that he could sit on while he was on the underground, leading to some strange looks by fellow commuters.
Another man left commuters gobsmacked after starting to tuck into a three-course meal on a train - and made things even worse by refusing to stop eating despite being asked not to. According to commuters, he was treating the train like his own "private restaurant".
