Prince Harry is celebrating his birthday this week, with him having turned another year older today - which will likely prompt many well wishes from fans on social media.
The occasion comes just days after the first anniversary of the Queen Elizabeth II's death on September 8. The late monarch passed away, aged 96, less than a week before the birthday of her grandson Prince Harry, now 39, last year.
It meant that the Invictus Games founder didn't receive a birthday message from his late grandmother last year, with the last public tribute to him from the Royal Family under her reign having been issued the previous year, back in 2021.

It included a message for Prince Harry alongside a series of photos that showed him at a couple of events.
The post included a photo of him and wife Meghan Markle, now 42, watching a sporting event at the Invictus Games in Australia back in 2018. Whilst another photo showed Prince Harry during his visit to Botswana the following year.

The tweet - which was shared at 8am on Prince Harry's birthday back in 2021 - featured well wishes from the late Queen Elizabeth II and the family in the caption. It read: "Wishing The Duke of Sussex a happy birthday today!" And the post included an emoji that depicted a red balloon.
Prince Harry and his late grandmother are said to have enjoyed a "really special relationship" over the years, including following his decision to step down as a senior royal in 2020 and his relocation to the US with his family.

She expressed hope that him and Meghan would be able to "start building a happy and peaceful new life".
He paid tribute to the late monarch last year following her death. He referenced a remark made following the passing of her husband Prince Philip in 2021, when she said: "Life, of course, consists of final partings as well as first meetings."
Prince Harry said in a statement: "Granny, while this final parting brings us great sadness, I am forever grateful for all of our first meetings - from my earliest childhood memories with you, to meeting you for the first time as my Commander-in-Chief, to the first moment you met my darling wife and hugged your beloved great-grandchildren."
"I cherish these times shared with you, and the many other special moments in between. You are already sorely missed, not just by us, but by the world over," he added in the tribute that was issued on the Archewell website.
