Meghan Markle is said to have used two very subtle and sweet gestures to boost her husband Prince Harry 's confidence while at the Invictus Games.

Earlier this week Meghan jetted to Dusseldorf in Germany from the couple's lavish family home in Montecito, California, where they reside with their two children Archie and Lilibet. Touching down in Europe earlier this week, Meghan and Harry were reunited and this seemingly gave the Prince a confidence boost.

An esteemed body language expert has revealed that Meghan's show of support to her husband has increased his confidence, with the couple's bond being reminiscent of the early days of their relationship. And the Duchess of Sussex made two subtle gestures that appealed to the Duke, her husband.

Body language expert Judi James recently revealed to the Daily Express US that "Harry’s confidence signals have increased with Meghan out there". She added that it’s easy to see why Harry looked more at ease, explaining the two subtle gestures used by Meghan to comfort her husband.

Judi detailed how Meghan "is using the kind of back and arm touches and the adoring face-gazing rituals complete with beaming smiles of approval and support that she did in the early days of their relationship". She then went on to reveal that Meghan's late arrival to the Games could have done the couple a favour, with the duo's body language now mimicking their first Invictus appearance together at the Toronto event in 2017.

This comes after Judi James exclusively analysed the couple's Invictus appearances over the years, with Meghan's dominance at the 2020 Games in 2022 showing a changing dynamic between the pair.

Analysing the couple's appearance at the 2020 Games in 2022, Judi noted how there was "a complete change of body language dynamic". She explained "Meghan is no longer that free-wheeling, confident, relaxed woman on a date with a man who is showing her around his world, she now looks more dominant and protective of Harry. The hand on the thigh is a possessive-looking gesture that is also a sexual signal but it implies a sense of support and protection too."
