Harry and Meghan hold hands and dance in united front at Invictus Games
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have put on a united front by arriving hand-in-hand to a rapturous reception to watch the action at the Invictus Games today.
The couple walked out to cheers in the arena as they took their seats courtside to watch the wheelchair basketball competition. Meghan wore a pair of cream-tailored shorts by Staud, a sweater blazer by J Crew and flat Chanel slingbacks as she and Harry waved to spectators in their first appearance of the day. Visible on her wrist was her beloved £7k Cartier bracelet along with Princess Diana's priceless Cartier Tank watch, which retails for £21,400. On her right hand was a £50,000 Lorraine Schwartz diamond pinky ring. But once again, her engagement ring, which Harry gifted to her back in 2017, was missing from her left ring finger.

However, speaking to Page Six, a source previously claimed the ring is "being fixed", hence the fact that it has been missing from her ring finger.
Before they took their seats with Australian competitors this morning, Meghan hugged one fan before she and Harry were seen dancing along to the music ahead of Australia taking on Ukraine in the basketball clash. They also happily posed for selfies with spectators, who were desperate to get snaps with the pair.

Later they met with members of Team Nigeria. During his speech at the opening ceremony on Saturday, Harry joked about how things had become a little more competitive between him and Meghan and the teams they were supporting after the duchess discovered her Nigerian ancestry - something she revealed on her axed Spotify podcast Archetypes.

It's set to be a busy day for the Sussexes, who are said to have a string of appearances planned at the Invictus Games. Meghan arrived in Dusseldorf yesterday after flying in from Los Angeles with a brief stopover in London. She was reunited with husband Harry and the pair made an appearance at an event hosted by veterans organisation the Fisher House Foundation at the Invictus Games last night.

She joked: "Hi everybody, it is so special to be here and I'm sorry that I was a little late to the party. Just like so many of you, we know this is about family and friends and the community that Invictus has created and the Fisher House has created.
"I had to spend a little more time getting our little ones settled at home and get them to drop off. Three milkshakes and a school drop off and I just landed a couple of hours ago and I am thrilled that the first event I can do for Invictus is here with all of you. It is amazing and I hear it has got off to a good start so far."

It is set to be a busy day for Harry and Meghan (Ian Vogler / Daily Mirror)She went on to talk of gifts she had received, including one from the Canadian team. She explained that one of the members of Team Canada gave her a bracelet, saying: "And on that bracelet, they put the initials of one of the people who wasn't able to make it here tonight. And there's so many people that we know back home who are rooting for all of you and even if they can't be here with you they are with you in spirit.
"So thank you all, and thank you to this amazing band for the party. And we just look forward to such a fantastic week. Have the best time, we're going to be cheering for you, and we can't wait to one day be able to bring our kids along also so they can experience just how amazing this is. Thank you guys so, so much."
Meghan only wore her wedding and eternity rings - not her engagement ring (Ian Vogler / Daily Mirror)Meghan has been a huge supporter of the games since she started dating Harry back in 2016 and has attended each event since they went public with their relationship. The Sussexes even used the 2017 games in Canada to make their first official appearance as a couple. In the years since, they've sat side by side to watch for a number of events, including wheelchair basketball.
Despite deciding to join Harry at Invictus, she chose not to accompany him on his brief trip to the UK before heading over to Germany. He was in London on Thursday to attend the WellChild Awards, which he has been patron of for many years. His trip coincided with the first anniversary of the late Queen Elizabeth II's death, and he made a surprise trip to St George's Chapel in Windsor to pay his respects to his late grandmother at her final resting place on Friday morning.
