Anxious Prince Harry wipes sweat from face in animated display at Invictus Games
Prince Harry was full of smiles and frowns as the animated Duke of Sussex appeared at day two of the 2023 Invictus Games.
The royal looked like he was going through many highs and lows at the thrilling sporting event, as he actively watched from the sidelines at the Merkur Spiel-Arena in Dusseldorf, Germany. The Invictus Games is an international multi-sport event Harry started up in 2014 for wounded and injured servicemen and women including both serving and Veterans.
The 38-year-old was seen displaying every emotion under the sun from disappointment to excitement as he joined onlookers in the stands. The supportive founder was seen shooting a thumbs-up to the players and swiping away sweat from his forehand as he engaged with the athletes from afar. Harry seemed in high spirits as he interacted with those around him as he attended the game alone awaiting his wife Meghan Markle's arrival any day now.

Now, Harry continues to support the hard-working athletes on their second day of the competitions paying close attention and clapping and cheering for them in the bleachers.
Harry kept his good energy going throughout the games as welcomed officials on the sidelines. On day two Harry was spotted chatting with Kenyan senator Gloria Orwoba, British Army veteran David Wiseman, and Ukrainian Minister of Veteran Affairs Yulia Laputina.

In the adorable snaps, Harry seemed to be happy to interact with the young fan with one body language expert describing his actions as "experienced dad" vibes and taking on the same "sensitive nature" as his mother Princess Diana.
Prince Harry was seen attending the games following the recent release of his Netflix limited series, Heart of Invictus, at the end of August. The new docuseries shared the powerful, emotional journey of six participants competing in the 2022 Invictus Games. Harry was said to be inspired to create the sporting event after attending the Warrior Games in America. He said that he wanted to create the games to celebrate the "unconquered human spirit" of those who have served in the armed forces.
