The PS Plus games set to join PS Plus Extra and Premium this month are set to be officially revealed by Sony later this week, here's the exact time you can expect the announcement.

PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers are set to find out which PS4 and PS5 titles will be joining the subscription service this month later this week. That is officially from Sony at least, as some leaked PS Plus September titles have made it through the cracks already this month, which based on the leakers track record are undoubtedly correct. Even then, there's still more titles to come according to leaker @billbil_kun so our PS Plus predictions may end up having at least one correct guess.

Leaked titles so far include Nier Replicant ver.1.22474487139… a remake of the 2010 title that spawned the beloved sequel Nier Automata, Vanillaware's critically acclaimed strategy game 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim. One of the biggest inclusions is the latest game in the incredible strategy game series: Sid Meier's Civilization 6 – which is the type of game you boot up at 8pm to play for an hour and suddenly it's 6am the following day.

Even with the leak there's still some surprises to be had, so far, none of the Classics Catalogue titles that will be included in PS Plus Premium have been revealed yet. So you'll be able to find out what PS1, PSP, and – hopefully – PS2 classics will join the service this week.

PS Plus Extra and Premium reveal time

The PS Plus Extra and Premium games will be revealed by Sony via the PlayStation Blog on Wednesday, September 13 at 4:30pm BST / 11:30am EDT / 8:30am PDT. The games will then be released the following Tuesday, September 19 at 10am BST / 5am EDT / 2am PDT. Titles for PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium are announced at the same time, and covered in the same blog post, so you won't need to worry about searching for two separate blog posts.

Unlike PS Plus Essential, the PS Plus Extra and Premium titles don't leave the service after the month is over, and will remain available for the foreseeable future (with most titles getting a year on the service).
