Logan Paul's fiancee Nina Agdal has been granted a temporary restraining order against his upcoming boxing opponent Dillon Danis pending a court date next week.
Danis, 30, has been relentless in his social media attacks on Agdal, 31, attempting to goad Paul, 28, into a reaction as the pair prepare to fight in Manchester on October 14. And he is alleged to have gone too far in recent weeks, with Agdal filing a lawsuit earlier this week against the MMA fighter.
Agdal alleges Danis has violated the federal revenge porn statute, the 2022 Violence Against Women Act Reauthorization and committed invasion of privacy. A New Jersey court will hold a hearing for the case on September 12, and have granted an injunction against the Bellator star from posting any content about her that was "obtained without consent". And the court has stated Danis is "enjoined from posting sexually explicit photographs of [Agdal] on the internet without her consent" until further order.
Danis has garnered unprecedented attention through his goading of Paul and Agdal in the weeks since the fight was announced last month. A report last week indicated his Twitter posts had garnered 2.09billion impressions and grown his following by over 400,000.
And the lawsuit, filed in New Jersey District Court, also alleges Danis made hundreds of posts containing "vulgar and disparaging pictures, memes, and comments about her". The post alleged to have caused the suit to be issued, it says, was "a sexually explicit photograph" allegedly obtained and posted by Danis without authorisation that was taken and shared, without her consent, during a romantic encounter more than a decade ago.

Danis took to Twitter yesterday to share photos and videos of people he believed were attempting to serve him court papers, declaring that they are "Not gonna serve me today losers" and adding that "Nina hired these guys straight outta Pineapple Express [what the f***]."
A few hours later he shared a message saying "The only way I would settle with Nina Agdal is if every dollar she receives from me goes to the victims of Cryptozoo," referencing a controversial Cryptocurrency project that Paul ran.
Danis then posted a video, seemingly taken at 6.10pm appearing to show a man taking pictures on his phone outside of what Danis alleges to be his apartment. He captioned the video "Get the f*** away from my door taking pictures and s*** I’m in North Korea - come find me."
Agdal's lawyers have also made it clear to the court that Danis has made reference to the lawsuit on social media, sharing one of his Twitter posts and saying in a document obtained by Mirror Fighting : "It is evident [Danis] has notice of the lawsuit and Ms Agdal's request for temporary restraints. More significantly and concerning to Ms Agdal is [Danis'] contempt for the Justice System and indication he intends to move forward with his threatened conduct, explicitly stating that '[he] won't stop' and 'f*** the system come get [him]'."
Danis yesterday took to social media to aggressively respond to the filing, which was reported by TMZ on Wednesday night. "Nina Adgel [sic] has filed a massive lawsuit against me," he wrote. "She filed a restraining order against me and is seeking prison time, so the fight is in jeopardy if I’m in jail. This is actually wild but I won’t stop f*** the system come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking."
