The Kardashian sisters are being attacked online for their apparent lack of public support after Kourtney Kardashian revealed some terrifying news about her unborn baby.

The 44-year-old Poosh founder took to Instagram on Wednesday to thank doctors for saving her and Travis Barker's baby's life. She was rushed to hospital over fears she might lose her baby and taken into urgent foetal surgery.

Kourtney also thanked her husband for rushing to her side, after his band Blink-182 postponed some of their shows as a result of the medical emergency. However, her famous sisters have remained silent on social media about Kourtney's hospitalisation.

Instead, Kim Kardashian has taken to the platform to share some pictures from her night out at a Beyoncé concert. Khloe Kardashian used her account to promote her fashion brand Good American.

Kourtney's sisters - Kim Khloe, Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner - all liked her post about her hospital dash. However, that hasn't stopped fans from taking to Reddit to hit out at the famous family.

One person wrote: "They can’t stand having attention not on them. It was so gross to see Kim just going about posting bikini thirst traps while Kourtney posted about almost losing her baby."

Another said: "They seem to hate Kourtney," while a third person added: "I have 4 sisters myself and if anyone of them had some form of medical emergency I would be right there to support them. I understand maybe not canceling going to the concert. But to not even comment at all on her post to me is honestly sad."

However, some fans suggested Kourtney's family would have gathered around her in real life, as opposed to sharing posts online. "Honestly if my sibling was going through something traumatic like that the last thing I would think about is social media. I would be there for them in the moment," one person wrote.

Another agreed: "Not gonna lie, they shouldn’t be responding about this outside of maybe a like to a post. This is their sister and they should be more focused on provided support in person than making a statement on a social media app."

Taking to her Instagram to tell fans about her situation, Kourtney also thanked her momager Kris Jenner. She wrote: "I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby's life.

"I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.

"As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent foetal surgery. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear. I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant."

She continued: "Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing."
