Greggs has unveiled its exciting new autumn menu perfect for food and drink lovers, with a pumpkin-inspired hot drink and oozing cheese toastie to help us revel in the cosy season. Food and drink chains across the UK are stocking up on fan-favourite autumn treats to delight our taste buds - and Greggs fans can expect no less from the bakery chain.

Greggs lovers are able to pick up their favourite items from the menu - alongside the bakery chain's new delicious vegetarian options - in stores from Thursday, September 7. An exciting item on their new autumn menu includes a mouth-watering cheese toastie with an unusual twist.

The much-loved bakery chain has unveiled its rather different spin on a classic cheese toastie. Their toastie is packed with cheddar cheese and honey mustard mayo and topped with creamy bechamel sauce, perfect for the cooler autumn weather to come.

Greggs has also added a Spicy Chicken & Veg Bhaji Baguette to its menu. Served hot, the new baguette contains vegetable bhajis, Mexican-style chicken, sliced cheddar cheese with chilli and crunchy red onion, mango chutney, and tandoori mayo.

The popular bakery business is also serving up other delicious vegetarian options that have been added to the menu, with the Veg Bhaji Flatbread and the Spicy Veg Pizza.

For cheese fans, Greggs' irresistible new mozzarella & cheddar bites will surely delight as it's made with mouth-watering soft, warm mozzarella and cheddar cheese and covered in a crisp breaded crumb.

The new menu comes after the food giant announced the return of their famous Pumpkin Spice Latte to shops in late August, alongside the all-new iced Pumpkin Spice Latte, Hazelnut Mocha and Hazelnut Hot Chocolate.

The classic Pumpkin Spice Latte is made with a blend of freshly ground coffee, pumpkin spice flavour syrup and steamed milk – all topped with cream and a sprinkle of spiced sugar. Prices start from £2.40 - you may pay more than this, depending on which Greggs you go to.
