Missing boy, 9, who disappeared wearing Avengers T-Shirt is found safe and well

Police searching for a nine-year-old boy who was missing from his home say he has now been found.

Kent Police issued an appeal on Sunday afternoon for a boy who was reported missing from the Tonbridge area. The youngsters was reported missing in the town shortly after 10am.

A statement released subsequently by the force has now stated he has been found safe and well. Kent Police also thanked the public for assisting in the search.

A force spokesperson said: "A nine-year-old boy who was reported missing in Tonbridge on Sunday 3 September 2023 has been found safe and well. Officers would like to thank everyone who assisted with the search."
