Prince Harry 'desperately worried' about Meghan after her 'cry for help'

Prince Harry is reportedly "worried" about his wife Meghan Markle's stress levels amid "uncertainty" in their work lives.

The couple have faced a challenging few months, including speculation over their marriage and a series of career setbacks as well as criticism around the pair's previous projects. It's been suggested that Meghan's "stress levels are off the charts" and she was seen wearing a 'stress patch' earlier this month.

Meghan, 42, and Prince Harry, 38, have suffered a series of career setbacks in recent months. Their Netflix docuseries was snubbed at the Emmys and Meghan's podcast, Archetypes, was axed by Spotify.

Now a source has told Closer magazine that the visibility of a 'stress patch' is a sign that Meghan was sending a message to her loved ones, particularly her husband. She was spotted wearing it whilst he was on a solo trip to Asia.

The source said that the last few months have proved "extremely hard" for Meghan. The source alleged that there are concerns that the patch was a way to send "a silent but effective cry for help" to the people in her life.

The source speculated that it could signal that the former actor is struggling with the "sheer scale of stress" as well as the "weight of responsibility [on] her shoulders."

Prince Harry is said to be concerned about his wife but the source claims she's found her own ways to manage her stress including meditation and yoga.

The source said: "Harry has been desperately worried about Meghan and all the stress she's had to endure for longer than he can remember. He's been imploring her to hang in there, but is fully aware of how hard it is because he suffers the same difficulties coping with it himself. The fact she's now resorting to wellness patches to cope makes Harry even more concerned."

The source added that Meghan exercises "most days" and has found support in her friendships too.
