Britney Spears ' estranged husband Sam Asghari has been focusing on his career amid his recent split from the singer, according to reports.
Earlier this month, Sam, 29, announced on Instagram that he was divorcing her after 14 months of marriage and a six year relationship. He told his 3million followers: "After six years of love and commitment to each other my wife and I have decided to end our journey together. We will hold onto the love and respect we have for each other and I wish her the best always. Sh** happens. Asking for privacy seems ridiclulous [sic] so I will just ask for everyone including media to be kind and thoughtful."
Britney and Sam met on set of her music video Slumber party in November 2016, They began dating shortly thereafter. After keeping their relationship relatively out of the public eye, they announced their engagement in September 2021. They then got married in June 2022.

Sam is focusing on acting (FilmMagic)Following the shocking split, Sam is reportedly "interested in hosting gigs" as well as acting as characters as he focuses on his career. Sources told TMZ : "He wasn't in the middle of any projects before the strike, and obviously has nothing in the pipeline as Hollywood remains shut down, but that's where his head's at.
They also revealed that Sam has "no plans" to get back into his personal training venture, which he'd been doing at L.A.'s Royal Personal Training while he was dating Britney. Instead, he's been "focused on spending time with his family.

"Mainly taking care of his mom in L.A. She came home from the hospital a few weeks ago and needs the help. She was injured in an accident but is on the mend," the source revealed.
He's been focusing on his family since the divorce (FilmMagic)Sam's focus on his family and most importantly, his career comes amid reports that he is unlikely to get a penny in the divorce, since their prenup "precluded him from getting spousal support." It is possible that she will pay him a one-off lump sum in order to gag him from revealing secrets about their relationship. Another source said: "He can keep the gifts Britney gave him and his cars, but that's about it."
Allegedly, there's an "extensive confidentiality clause" in the prenup, which is said to prohibit Sam from talking about his relationship with Britney. "So on the surface, it seems Sam's getting nothing of significance, but that's not the case," the insider told TMZ.
