Angsty neighbours can be one of the most gruelling parts of owning a home, so it's essential that you maintain a good relationship with them. Unfortunately, if you were to suffer tensions with your neighbours then you could end up paying for them in the long run.

Taking to popular forum Reddit, a mum was astounded as she spotted an angry 'MOVE' sign in her neighbour's window, which she believes to be directed at her and her family. She's convinced that the people next door are tired of her toddler's 'severe tantrums'.

Captioning post, she wrote: "The neighbour is sending indirect message 'MOVE' in their window?"

The woman explained: "Hello, we live in an old building with a toddler.

"Our toddler is going through a severe tantrum these days. Our living faces the inner garden so the noise could be heard from other rooms which faces the garden.

"We found "MOVE" in one of the neighbour's window.

"I thought first that they are moving out but my husband thinks that the neighbour is indirectly saying that we should move out. The neighbour lives same floor as us.

Seeking advice, she questioned: "Do you think it's an indirect message? In this case, should I report it to someone?"

Since sharing, the woman's post has inspired fellow Redditors to flock to the comments section to share advice.

One person joked: "Print out a giant Uno reverse card and put it into your window."

Meanwhile, someone else suggested: "Just ignore it, report it if they actively do something. Neither the police nor your landlord will do anything just because of a sign like that."

On the other hand, a Reddit user joked: "They clearly want you to move your body and dance. You are misinterpreting it."
