Strictly Come Dancing star Helen Skelton has officially divorced her rugby player husband Richie Myler, it has been reported.
The couple, who had been married for ten- years went their separate ways in April 2022 just after the birth of their third child. Countryfile presenter Helen, 40, went public with their split and at the time said: “Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children.”
The famous pair share three children - Ernie, eight, Louis, five, and 16-month-old daughter Elsie. According to the Daily Mail, Helen was handed official divorce papers from Richie this week which have legally cemented the end of their ten-year marriage.
The pair are now waiting the granting of a decree absolute which will legally cement the end of their marriage. This will be issued by courts with neither party contesting the divorce.
Since their split, Richie has gone on to have a baby with new girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill, 32, who is the daughter of Leeds Rhinos president Andrew. Meanwhile, mum-of-three Helen has been busy presenting on Morning Live and juggling life as a single parent to three children.
