Optical illusion shows whether you're a deep thinker or an 'indecisive' person

This optical illusion claims to be able to tell whether you're a deep thinker or the type of person who is "super indecisive" - and people have said the results it gives are "so true" that it's scary. The illusion works by reading your personality traits based on what you see when you first look at the picture.

To take the personality test, all you have to do is look at the image and identify what you see first. Some will see an arm raised up with a hand stretched out, while others will see a man's face that looks as though he is screaming. Whatever you see first will determine what kind of person you are.

The illusion was shared on TikTok by Mia Yilin, who often shares optical illusion content on her @mia_yilin account. In her video, she explained what it means if you see the hand first, as well as what type of person you are if the first thing you spot is the man's face.

Explaining the man's face, she said: "If you first saw the shouting man, then you're a deep thinker, constantly exploring your inner world. Self-reflection is your way of life and you have a profound understanding of your own strengths and weaknesses. But make sure to be kind to yourself and practice self-acceptance. You're doing great and nobody's perfect."

But if you saw the hand first, then it could mean you're an "incredible problem solver", however, you might find it difficult to make simple choices and could be described as "indecisive". Mia said: "If you first saw the hand, then you're an incredible problem solver in stressful situations and are able to tackle any challenge that comes your way. On the other hand, when met with simple decisions like where to eat for lunch, you can be super indecisive and take forever to make up your mind."

And commenters on the video were blown away by how accurate the test was, as many of them said that what they saw first in the picture described their personality perfectly. One person wrote: "This is so true! I saw the hand first," while another posted: "She has me figured out, I saw the hand," and a third joked: "Okay but you didn't have to call me out like that."
