Sam Asghari will not receive even a penny from his estranged wife Britney Spears' $15M memoir, it has been reported.
This comes after it was recently announced that Britney and Sam had split following 14 months of marriage, with the Princess of Pop's husband filing for divorce from the 41-year-old Toxic singer.
The couple is said to have parted ways after a "nuclear" argument sparked by unproven cheating rumours. And while it was recently reported that Britney had split her five dogs with the fitness trainer-turned-actor, it is alleged that he won't be receiving any money from her tell-all memoir The Woman in Me", which is set to be released later this year on October 24.
Even if Britney details what led to the breakdown of their short marriage in the book - which reportedly isn't able to be changed - the 29-year-old will not be able to profit from any of the book.

"He gets basically nothing — there are no millions, and he certainly will not profit from Britney's book, that's her book."
'I'm spending £20k on a new bathroom - but won't help my brother out with cash'
This comes after it was revealed that Britney had ensured her $60million (£47million) fortune was well protected in an "iron-clad" pre-nuptial agreement after her shock split from Sam.
Despite their stunning star-studded ceremony in June last year, surrounded by A-list stars including Paris Hilton and Drew Barrymore, Britney's lawyers protected the pop icon's multi-million dollar fortune.
The prenup reportedly ensured Sam wouldn't get a penny from Britney's earnings made up to this point, TMZ reported. The star has a reported net worth of around $60million (£47million).
This means under the terms of the prenup, the budding actor will not receive any of the star's past earnings from her tours, albums, and movie roles.

Sam even cheekily poked fun at the prenup after he was inundated with messages regarding Britney's fortune before their wedding.
"Thank you everyone who is concerned about The prenup! Of course we're getting an iron clad prenup to protect my jeep and shoe collection incase she dumps me one day," the fitness instructor said after news broke of the couple's engagement.
And it looks like Sam will be getting a below-average payout following the split.
Not only will Sam fail to stake a claim on any of the vast fortune Britney made before they were married, the amount of money he will be paid will be capped, according to US Weekly. The stuntman will reportedly receive $1million (£784,000) per every two years of their marriage, with a cap at $10million (£7.8million) after 15 years, but the couple were married for only 14 months, meaning any cash Sam is entitled to is now in doubt.
