Angelina Jolie ditches brunette locks in stunning blonde transformation
Angelina Jolie has ditched her famous brunette locks and undergone a stunning blonde transformation.
The actress, 48, who is spending time in New York with some of her children, took a solo stroll around East Village on Sunday, surprising onlookers with her lighter hair. Dressed in a black maxi dress and a long, loose-fitting wool blazer, nude heels and a black and white bag, Angelina was beaming as she wore a pair of oversized sunglasses to shield her eyes from the sun.
The Oscar-winning actress also exchanged a few words with passers by, and they looked overjoyed to have a brief encounter with the Maleficent star, with one man gesturing for her to walk in front of him on the sidewalk. Angelina is currently spending time in the city as she finalises details of her new Broadway project, The Outsiders, and was spotted arriving at a meeting with daughter Vivienne Knox, who was dressed casually in loose cargo jeans and a purple t-shirt.

Vivienne, 15, has taken a pivotal role in helping bring the stage version of the book to Broadway, as she’s been working as an assistant to her actress/director mother.
“Viv reminds me of my mother in that she isn’t focused on being the centre of attention but in being a support to other creatives,” Angelina said in a statement to People. “She’s very thoughtful and serious about theatre and working hard to best understand how to contribute.” She also revealed it was her teenage daughter that brought her attention to the project, after they watched a performance of The Outsiders in Los Angeles earlier this year.
