Hailey Bieber is reportedly 'in the room' for Justin Bieber's business meetings. She's become increasingly more present and in 'control' of her husband's business.
A source told Page Six: “Hailey has taken control and is heavily involved. She’s a part of meetings and she’s talking a lot for him. She’s the voice. They’re becoming this power couple. She’s a big part of everything he’s doing."
While the couple has a history of working powerfully as a Hollywood pair, the insider said she's taken on a 'larger role' than ever before. Just a few days ago, rumours circulated that Justin had another major business change; he was reported to be splitting with his longtime manager, Scooter Braun.

An insider further clarified that despite their 'issues', Justin was still under the management of Scooter. Plus, there's even a possibility for new music coming soon.
Justin has been a long time client and friend of Scooter's, but there is some strain there, nonetheless. The insider said: "Everything has been set up by Scooter since he was a kid. Justin is older, wiser and smarter, and has started asking questions."

Famously, Justin had backed his manager when Taylor Swift had slammed Scooter for what she believed to be unethical business deals involving the rights to her masters. As the feud unfolded, Justin took to social media in 2019. He wrote: "Scooter has had your back since the days you graciously let me open up for you. What were you trying to accomplish by posting that blog? Seems to be like it was to get sympathy u [sic] also knew that in posting that your fans would go and bully Scooter."

Justin is supportive of the new business venture. He posted on social media that he was "proud" of Hailey's new business initiative.
One fan wrote on Reddit: "Honestly surprised there hasn't been a rhode x drew collab yet. There could be rhode-themed drew clothing or merch, or some limited edition rhode lip treatment flavors with Justin's input."
