Glamour model Katie Price is reportedly considering a "behind bars ceremony" to fiancé Carl Woods, if she is given a prison sentence when her bankruptcy hearing concludes next month.

The mum of five is facing a court hearing for £3.2 million debts and has previous asked why she can't just face prison time to cover the whopping fees and money owed, instead of continuing to attend court.

Speaking to OK!, Katie's family have revealed they are terrified of what might happen to the glamour model and OnlyFans star next month when her bankruptcy hearing is likely to conclude in court. Yet Katie is reportedly still focusing on her wedding to fiancé Carl, with plans to wed behind bars if she is given a jail sentence.

Speaking to OK!, an insider source revealed: "She believes Carl will wait for her on the outside. She thinks people will buy into their ‘forbidden’ behind bars love story."

They added that Katie is considering a "behind bars ceremony" to keep followers invested in their love story, which has been rocky with multiple break ups and arguments between the lovers. The source explained: "If that’s not an option then there’s even talk about her and Carl getting married before she’s jailed, so people will root for her more. It’s all about headlines for Katie."

The bankruptcy hearing isn't daunting for Katie, who last week claimed "I’ve been to court more times than I’ve had hot dinners lately. I’m not scared of court any more" as she appeared on Michelle Visage’s Rule Breaker podcast.

Katie and Carl's rollercoaster relationship has had its fair share of ups and downs over the past three years, with the couple confirming they are firmly back together after they were spotted enjoying a sun-soaked holiday to Ibiza early this month.

Speaking about their upcoming wedding, a pal recently told OK! magazine: “Katie is planning on having a secret wedding with Carl, then a big party afterwards. It will be soon. She loves the thrill of getting married and wants to do it again.” Giving more details about what Katie has planned, the source continued: “Katie’s keen to run off and wed Carl at a registry office. The kids will be there, but she won’t tell her mum until it’s done. Katie knows Amy would be fuming and tell her not to do it. She keeps suggesting to Carl they elope to Gretna Green.”

Carl and Katie got engaged in April 2021 only 10 months after meeting when he surprised her with a romantic proposal in her garden. However, her mum Amy has been open about her dislike for Carl and previously said she has no 'respect' for him. "I have no respect for Carl. I have to stand by what I believe and I believe Carl knows and accepts this," she explained.
