Britney Spears' lawyer Laura Wasser is reportedly "frightened" that the Toxic singer's upcoming autobiography could be used against her in a divorce court, according to sources.
Britney and her husband Sam Asghari announced they had split earlier this week after just one year of marriage. Sam is said to have moved out of the marital home he shared with Britney after a "nuclear" argument. An insider told TMZ : "It's only a matter of time before Sam files for divorce."
Sam allegedly approached Britney about cheating rumours. While it isn't clear if the rumours are true, the source said that what ensued was a heated argument. Britney has been photographed driving near their LA home without her wedding ring, and snaps of Sam on his Instagram show he's also ditched his.

Laura is said to have previously been hired by Britney in her custody battle with Kevin Federline in 2008.
