Britney Spears was recently spotted without her wedding ring after the news of her divorce, looking "alone and vulnerable" according to body language expert, Judi James.
The 41-year-old singer was spotted driving her white Mercedes-Benz in Los Angeles hours after the news broke that her husband Sam Asghari was filing for divorce. Photos were snapped of Britney as she drove, her face slightly blurred by the car's window shield. But even with the slight blur, Britney's body language still tells an interesting story. Judi admits the photo makes Britney's face "unclear" in the photo, but insists that "there is still something about the pose that looks desperately unhappy."

Judi noticed Britney's showing off her ringless hand in the photos (britneyspears/Instagram)"Her eyes are hidden by reflective shades but her chin is raised slightly and her mouth appears to be open, making her look anything but calm," she added. Reports say that the two got into a fight last week where Sam accused the Toxic singer of cheating on him which ended with Sam moving out of their house. There's no evidence that we know of that Britney cheated on her fitness instructor beau.
Britney's hands are positioned in an unusual way and Judi thinks it could be her way of sending a message about her relationship. "The empty ring finger is fully displayed on the top of the wheel, with the hand placed in a way that would be awkward in terms of steering or driving," she said, "With the other hand clasping the wheel tightly there is a suggestion that she's wanting to get the message about her marriage across."

"Britney looks alone and rather vulnerable here, in contrast with her husband, who appeared to have made his ring-free 'reveal' sitting in a very loving pose with his mother," she said.

Two weeks ago, Sam posted a photo on Instagram of him and his mother after she had an accident and recently recovered from the hospital. "Today my mother was involved in a major accident. She was taken to the emergency room. With the amazing help of the medical staff and some friends she's doing okay and resting it off," he captioned the photo. His right arm was wrapped around his mother's shoulders and the other hand rested on his leg. No ring was in sight, but it didn't make news until the split announcement.
Britney and Sam first started dating after meeting on the set of her Slumber Party music video in 2016. He proposed in 2021, shortly after her conservatorship was lifted, and the two married in 2022.
